The guy installed this wash within minutes. Hey tested it and told me to fun a full load before washing a load. I was pleased. It took the stress out of me trying to hook it up or finding someone to do it.

Best Buy showed me they wanted my business they matched and beat the price every place i looked this washer works great cleans great and i love that i can see what is wrong with it on my phone if anything happens.

Mixed experience. The first installer had no clue how to remove the drain cap. He said he did not have the proper tools and was not permitted to hook up the drain. How do you not have a pair of pliers or a flathead screwdriver?. After speaking with the manager and BestBuy, another installation team was sent out three days later and there were no problems.

The two installers were able to install the dryer that day, but had to return to install the washer due to pipe problem. Once plumber rectified the problem, they returned and completed the install.

Great job getting the product inside and set up without incident. Make sure they do the "calibration" of the washing machine to make sure it spins without vibration. Again, worth the price to have someone set it up.

Delivery guys helped with installation of washer. Doesn’t look too hard but I guess if you do not know what you’re doing then these guys can be very helpful.

Love the new washer, however after the demo the installers left and when I went to check and see if the washer was finished there was a little water on the floor. I didn’t think too much about it. But when I washed my first load the next day there was water all over the floor. I called the number I had been provided and they sent someone out. It was discovered that the hoses needed to be tightened.

wanted to purchase a product that would withstand the touch handling often inflicted by a rental tenant. Would expect this machine will answer the bill.

Installers did a great job. They were careful about not damaging the walls or floors, Informative on features and cleaned up after themselves.

Original hose was defective. Guys came to my 80 year old Mother's home and replaced it. They did a great job as usual. She was very happy as was I!

Had Bestbuy deliver my washer and i installed it myself. Keep in mind connecting it is easy, but moving the big front loader was a bit of work. The washer is heavy but still doable.
