The install was smooth they handled my washer with care and explained everything I needed to know

I have replaced my washer machine which I purchased in Best Buy. The hole experience was great. Appointment was scheduled and installer delivered my new washing machine exactly on time of my appointment. They removed old machine and installed new one quickly and professionally. After installation, they ran tests to make sure washer is working as expected in different modes. The hole process was quick, and they clean up everything after installation. I am very happy and will recommend anyone to use this service.

Can't speak more highly of the Best Buy installation team! Very professional and has good knowledge of the products. They arrived on time towards and were able to remove my previous washer and install the new washer in under an hr. Would highly recommend!!!!

Best Buy technicians were great! They arrived promptly and delivered and installed the washer and dryer seamlessly. They kept COVID-19 protocols and we felt very safe while they did their thing. They cleaned everything up and got rid of all the cardboard box and materials inside once they were done. They took the time to show us where the manual was and how to run the washer and dryer and even ran a cycle for us to test run it.

Jose and his helper did an excellent job removing the old machine, installing, testing and demonstrating the new LG washer. Very thorough, making sure I was satisfied before departure. They were timely, worked at a good pace, but moved respectful of all property in a tight space. The office fell down on their end as far as calling in advance.

Was done quickly and efficiently. Haven't had any issues or need for adjustment.

The men who came out to install the washer were professional, knowledgeable, and personable. They arrived on time, called to tell us when they would be there, insured that we understood how all the functions on the machine worked & what store warranty we have & answered all the questions they anticipated and those we had that they didn't. We highly commend them.

Long time customer, always good value. There was a ding on the unit, but Best Bay promptly delivered/installed a new unit to replace the first one.

Team leader said it was the toughest installation he'd ever done, in a tiny space in a tiny house, almost impossible. But he thought his way through it, patiently & professionally, always polite in spite of almost insurmountable problems. Wife & i thought it was the best installation we've ever seen in 40+ years of marriage, the machine continues to work well & we're forever grateful!

Great install, quick, easy and fast delivery options! Plus they were very helpful and assisted us with the unhooking and moving of the old appliances that needed to be moved to storage.

The 3rd party staff used were super friendly and fast! They arrived on time and took the packaging off the machine, installed everything and removed the old washer within half an hour. Definitely recommend using them again!

The delivery showed up in a timely manner and the installers seemed to be polite. They got the job done quick. I did find a screw and some other hardware on the ground inside that I hope is not supposed to be in the unit but as long as everything works I'm not worried about that. The issue is that they left plastic wrap and zip ties all over my driveway and yard, and completely destroyed my wife's favorite succulent. So instead of showing off the laundry set to my wife and having her be super stoked, she came home and started crying after seeing her plants. The washer and dryer might be great, but I am beyond angry at the way things were left at my property. There were other issues but I do not want to come off as nitpicky so I'll leave it alone. I'm very disappointed with my experience with Best Buy and I will be installing things myself in the future. I tried to post images but the app will not allow me to add pictures to the post.
