Best Buy knows what they are doing with appliances and installation. They are my “go to” for any appliance purchases.

My Samsung washer and dryer came on time and the installation was complete in no time. Unfortunately, i did not measure the space well enough so the dryer stuck out a bit. The installers kindly removed a door making it easier than replacing the unit.

The men came when scheduled and installed in short time. They were very efficient . The washer works very well.

The installers were careless, in a hurry, uncommunicative and hid damage from the owner. However, Best Buy quickly rectified the problem, totally replacing the damaged washer, and send different installers who professionally handled the job.

The charge to install the washing machine is not in line with the amount of effort or work required to complete the installation. Taking the machine and directly into the laundry room, connecting 2 hoses, and plugging it in took no more than 10 minutes. The delivery people responsible for the installation did not speak good English and struggled to understand and answer my questions. They did turn on the machine and made sure it was working properly and not leaking before they left.

The staff were friendly. They installed quickly, professionally, and correctly.

Great install, quick, easy and fast delivery options! Plus they were very helpful and assisted us with the unhooking and moving of the old appliances that needed to be moved to storage.

The team that came in to take out the old and install the new machine were a group of young but energetic guys. They worked really hard carrying out the old one and installing the new one up 2 flights of stairs. I'm overall satisfied by the time they arrive and it was a quick process too. Really appreciated the courtesy call the day before and 30 min before they arrived.

The installers showed up when they estimated they would. They were very courteous and professional. The installation went quickly and well. At the age of 74, I can no longer do this. Aside from quality and value of product, I base my choice of retailer on whether they deliver, install, and service after the sale. Best Buy meets that criteria, while other retailers do not. An invaluable service.

As usual, Geek Squad installed the washing machine with no issues. They were quick, neat and cleaned up after they finished.

Very professional installers. They brought everything that was needed to perform the job quickly and efficiently. They were able to show me exactly how the product worked (even the phone app integration) and how to perform preventative maintenance on it.
