The Geek Squad installers were on time. They installed the washer and tested in about 30 minutes and were done. They also moved the old washer from the 2nd floor to the garage as requested by me.

I didn't want the full install since we were rearranging our laundry room. They delivered, unpacked, and placed the new washer in the room after removing the old one. Arrived on time and no issues.

100% RECOMMEND USING THIER SERVICES TO HAVE YOUR NSTALLATION DONE. PLOITE, ON TIME, INFORMATIVE, AND EVEN SHOWED ME HOW TO USE THE SYSTEM.

They did it really good and quick. also kept me aware every step they were doing.

The installers were really nice, fast, clean and easy to work with. Caveat - the washer is not balanced and we're having to call another installer to balance the machine.

my floor was not level and they could get the washer level enough for it not to shake. which i was able to just put a plank underneath the front right after they left. my outside vent was a little small. they tried to tape it, but it came off. i went and bought an adapter and taped it myself. they then left with the key to adjust the legs. but they did come back after i called..

At first delivery and installer did not want to do the work. Tried to tell me the previous hoses were welded on (which was false). Eventually they did the full install (no hose or pipe issues after all), but they also left a nice hole in our wall. Also had an issue that he had to stack the machines. Seemed as though the guys just didn’t want to do the work!

Cody has delivered a number of times for us now, and he is always a pleasure. He treats your new items as if he just bought them, is knowledgeable and respectful, and he always went above and beyond.

They did not call before heading up to my house, So I missed first time and had to wait for next schedule.

The delivery team did an excellent job removing (no dings in the walls) and re installing in a narrow space. Great Job

The installation was great by the installer. The only thing is the washer door doesn’t close right.
