Two man delivery team quickly hauled out old machine and installed new one. Tested it to see it didn't leak before they left. Were very careful not to scratch door and walls. Overall satisfied with service.

The employee who installed my washer did an excellent job. Since I was new to this type of washer he went over the features of my Samsung washer.

Delivery was on time specified and installers were professional. They were careful with the appliance and my walls and doorways.

Installation crew gets 5* for initial setup. But latter saw dryer plug not set flat to socket. Next crew fixed the dryer plug but washer drum got skewed. Washer replaced. 5* to Bestbuy for attentive service.

I especially appreciated the punctuality of the delivery crew and installment.I had to take off time from work to go meet them at this rental property and really appreciated the call ahead and the punctuality.

I finish the installation for my set up washer and dryer i think is better wend you do it because you can do the setup as you want.

They did a great job! Very friendly. One of the guys did cut his leg. You should keep a safety box with supplies just in case.

Nice wades clothes then dries them. I have to manually fold them and put them away. And mate the socks to correct style and color.

The only complaint I have is that the delivery of the washer came and they did not have the water hose (That I purchased with the washer) with them.

I purchased this installation along with my washer. They movers showed up on time and installed the washer within 15 minutes. They went over what I needed to do and made sure I understood before leaving.
