The products bought from Best Buy were great. However the installation team took the extra parts that I bought with them and didn’t ask. They also started the easer machine without asking before they left and it ended up flooding my laundry room. We were finishing construction and the pipe for the laundry sink was exposed and was the source of the leak.

The installers were timely, call prior to arrival, professional and knowledgeable. Would highly recommend this crew!!

Did fine...except I thought they would have suggested that we could clean after they removed the old washer before putting in the new one.

The installation was not finished because the customer service rep didn’t inform that I needed washer hoses & I asked her would I need anything for them to hook up the washer & she said no by that wasn’t accurate. Then they left my main washer leaking so I wasn’t able to use either washers until they came back out the following week!

Great job of installation. Replaced all the water hoses with quality steel hoses. Overall, no problems. Very prompt on-time service.

I watched the install. It was quick, efficient and he level-balanced the machine. It never goes out of balance because he did that.

The driver called when he was 30-40 minutes away and the truck arrived within 5 minutes of the scheduled time. Both gentlemen were knew my product and set it up efficiently and left nothing for me to clean up.

Although they couldn't get the dryer closer to the wall with the parts included, the guys tried to make sure I understood what I needed to buy and do to make it happen later. Clean, courteous, on time.

Installers were conscious to not scratch or dent anything, verified the unit was level, hooked everything up and put in place.

Professional installation and expertise. However I wish that the technicians know how to turn on the water for washer.

Michael kept me informed before the arrival so I knew exactly when to expect them. Michael was very knowledgeable & helpful. He made sure I knew how to work everything before he left.

There were two installers and they took the new washing machine to the basement and hooked it up. Showed us how to work it. Removed and took away the old machine. Very pleased with their service.
