Professional service, great communication, and fast installation. Amazing service!

It was ok I don’t think the washer is level like it should be. The installer ask me if I had a level. What the heck. I read in the manual the washer feet has to be adjusted when installed none of that happen.

We had a washing machine installed and the one hauled away. Both gentlemen were courteous, friendly, and very helpful. We had forgotten to purchase the hose for the new machine, they had stock, sold us a pair from off the truck, and installation was able to be completed. They ran a test and verified everything was good to go. They were careful with the removal of the old machine and left no mess. We will definitely use this service again!

The two men who delivered and installed my washer provided excellent service. They took my old washer out which was full of water and didn't make a mess. One gentlemen even cleaned the spot where the new washer would be placed. The installation was fast and flawless. The installer showed me how to operate the new machine and answered all my questions before he left. He made sure my laundry room was clean before he left and took all the trash with him. Thanks for hiring great professionals like the ones that came to my house.

i bought this washer during the covid/pandemic. Best buy sent out installers who wore mask. we courteous , answered questions and did not mind the fact that it was a difficult space to take washer in and out of . Winston Salem , NC installers ... hands down are awesome to work with. They had installation completed in less than 45 minutes .. including taking the washers on and off the truck. thanks

Love my new washer! The guy is wear great who delivered it they were in and out in 20 minutes and I was doing laundry in 25. They arrived earlier than scheduled which was great and they were tidy and efficient.

These guys came at the end of the day and were exhausted. They asked me to sign something that said the dryers were level.. I pointed out to them that they were not. The guys were so tired looking they did not even respond. They had done a lot of heavy lifting by then and been very polite so I signed their paper. Now every time I use my washer it jiggles to a new position a few inches from where I'd like it to be stationed.

This wash tower installation was problematic from day one. In this new house, the utility closet is narrow and shallow, barely enough room - requiring removal of the baseboards and a bifold door track. It took three tries before everything fit correctly and the installation was completed successfully. Your installation company is the reason we buy all our appliances from BestBuy; every dealer sells appliances, but your installation and service is the best. Thanks!
