Two guys from Bestbuy showed up early and had my washer and dryer installed in under 15 min! It would have taken me at least a couple hours. Highly recommended!

Installers came in to get what they needed to take out installed showed you how to work you showed me how to move it to clean behind very kind and very helpful

Not thrilled with th outside installed that was used. First time I needed to replace parts so they could install I had my handyman replace faucet turns and gas connection. , they left the machines on my patio. Second visit the washer was damaged so nothing installed and boxes left Third visit the installer said he only had orders to install the replaced washer not the dryer that he even questioned if I bought it from you. I finally straightened that oug and he did both but complained about the other installer not doing the washer. He also refused to take the boxes. Another and last visit from 2 workers that wwer amazing and apologetic and took the boxes.

I'm glad I had the someone else install and haul away my old machine. Both were super heavy and were in the basement. They did a good job and went by fast.

I had to have one of your men come to my home and show me how to use it correctly before it worked OK, but now it is great! The instruction book is not the best....

The delivery was on time and went by so quick. When we all realized the washer and dryer they installed we're not opening toward each other, they delivery guys disconnected everything to make it right.

So I had the guys from best buy Install my washing machine. They were very professional, quick and made sure my washing machine was working before leaving. Very knowledgeable about the product.

The delivery men were beyond friendly and professional. They took their time moving the freezer from their truck into the house without any dents, scratches, etc. to the floor and/or walls. Very pleased!

My house is tiny and trying to get that huge washer to the laundry room was an exercise in spatial navigation. Like 3D tetris. They were so patient, and did a great job installing everything.
