Will never ask family to install anything again. However, arrival times were way off base. I understood because of the holidays.

The guys were prompt and it took very little time to install my washer and dryer. They checked everything out before leaving to make sure everything was working and that there were no leaks.

Only complaint I might would have is that when they installed they had grease or something on their hands and didn't wipe it off before leaving.

The crew from Geek Squad was great!! They called timely to let me know their ETA and actually showed up EARLIER than the 4 hour window. When does that happen in the installation process? NEVER!!!

The two guys that brought in the new washer and hauled out the old, were fast and polite, and actually showed the operation of the washer. Nice touch.

The head delivery person was very knowledgeable. He explained everything very well

The (Geek Squad) was 5 hours past "guaranteed " delivery time! They said Best Buy over scheduled them! The guys were very nice and tried hard to do a good job but had no idea what they were doing. After they left I had to level the machine and redo the water lines cause they had the hoses twisted tight in a ball. Probably won't use their delivery again.

The guys were so helpful and explained how to use the washer at the very end!

Installers were on time and very efficient in removal of old appliance and installation of new one. Probably not more than 30 minutes total.

Installation was expertly completed, including discussion of features and testing of installed washing machine. Everything was accomplished when and how we had hoped it would be completed.

did not explain how to work machine. my auto is not working properly.

The washer is great and with WiFi you get reminders when it’s done .They were on time and quick with installation.

Delivery guys were great! Efficient, knowledgeable and friendly.

Good so far just don’t put a lot of clothes in washer or they won’t get clean

Although the washer was hooked up correctly, the installers didn't take the time to keep the water hoses from being twisted and kinked. I had to remove & reinstall each water hose. I paid extra for install & had to do it myself anyway. Not happy & requested a refund for the install with no response from Best Buy.

The guys came in and did an amazing job and were quick. They even took extra precautions when working to not damage my walls since it was a new house. He even went over how to use the machine with me.

Our installers, Ron &Charlie I believe, were great. Very friendly & helpful. Explained everything.

Fellas were friendly and on time, but were clueless about leveling the washing machine. Just because it "doesn't wobble," doesn't mean it's level (front-to-back as well as side-to-side). Didn't have the tools. I'm glad we did. Machine was also dinged up in a couple of places - deep scratches.

No actual install due to covid but the delivery guys got it as close as possible to the spot and where very nice and apologized for not installing

The installers were extremely friendly and professional. They called in advance of their arrival, which was within the time frame they promised. Great job!
