He said it was not possible when it’s obvious that it could. They squeezed the two machine side by side with no space between the machine. Because it was squeezed in it scratched the wall and the body of the machines. I had to call eBay to have some lone install it as requested. Second installer did it perfectly.

When we talked to the gentleman that coordinates installation through the private contractors hired by Best Buy, we were able to discuss our concerns and he made things right! That is why I would still recommend Best Buy or Pacific sales for purchase and installation of home appliances.
