Installers did not have time/didn't want to switch door to opposite side - had to set up another date myself and wait around another day for service. Two days later washer broke.

Best Buy Delivery Team Installation

They then installed the new washer. Before leaving they started the washer for a test cycle and made sure there were no leaks.
