Sometimes you get leery about people that are sent to install appliances and hope that it works out well. The installation of the washer that I purchased from Best Buy was flawless and completed in record time. The gentlemen were pleasant. It added to the satisfaction of the purchase.

Install was quick and painless, arrived before time but called ahead, How often does that happen? Like never. Masked for protection for us our pets and them. Very kind and proper, left no mess behind. Who knew people like this even were out there anymore, What service! we thought that was gone in the 70"s. Very clear about how to use even though tech is not in our wheelhouse Thanks Again

The installation was seamless. No damage to the machine, walls, etc. They gents were very courteous and fast. My only negative, if you can call it that, is the delivery call. We were supposed to be called 1 hr before arrival and we were given 5min to prep for their arrival. More of a nit-pick than anything.

The delivery came as promised. The Best Buy technician called to let me know when they'd arrive. The technician connected it professionally and courteously. I ran the machine immediately after the team left!

Excellent very efficient and installed quickly gave me a quick overview as well!!

Ben, the installer and his side kick did a great job. He called prior to showing up, came during the expected window of time, was friendly, very cautious about my walls, asked my input when needed. Overall he did a great job and let me know he was available to deliver other purchases from Best Buy such as a new TV should I be in the market for one. He said he would be happy to be the installer. Great job and he left me with a positive view on Best Buy's installers. Jody

The gentlemen who delivered my washer were amazing! They called ahead, assembled the washer and pedestal quickly and brought it inside where it was installed. They ran a test cycle to make sure everything was working as it should while going through machine operations with me. These gentlemen were extremely knowledgeable and helpful, what a pleasure to work with!

First install was done without testing due to extension hose not supported, and it resulted in a leak, requiring a 2nd call to reinstall. The 2nd installation did an excellent job in fixing the leak.

Installers were fast, thorough & professional. They checked to make sure everything was working properly.

The installation instructions states that after leveling the washer and dryer, the nuts that thread up on the feet should be tightened with a wrench. This was not done and I had to do it myself. If you don't tighten them, you run the risk the units can become unleveled. Make sure you verify the installers tightened the nuts on all 4 feet prior to leaving your home.

The washer installation crew was professional and completed the process quickly. They called 30 minutes ahead before arrival so that I could be at the house to receive the delivery without the need to wait there all day. TotalTech is a good value with free delivery and installation for all types of order.

The install was super quick. I think they were in and out in less than 30 minutes. Vert knowledgable. Definitely worth it.

The installers came on-time and even picked up the washer and dryer (using a belt around the workers) so it didn't move across the floor. Install work was perfect and workers wore masks the entire time, which I appreciated. The only issue is that they took away the washer bolts that are supposed to be inserted if you ever move the washer to another home. I didn't notice this until later.
