Geek squad did the job neatly and explained that extra hose that came along with washer was use less and I need to purchase it separately to connect the cold water to enable steam wash cycles.

I could have installed the washer myself. I did appreciate someone else carrying it in.

The installers did not show me how to work the washer before leaving (no big deal) I ended up just reading the manual but I found out later that they hooked up the hot water to the cold hook up. I don’t have the tools to unhook them to switch so it’s just extra work to go out and buy or to have someone come over to do it for me.

Best Buy team that installed our new washer were very careful taking old washer out and putting new in place. Also made sure explained new washer and if had any questions. Arrived on time, very nice.

they didn't bring a screwdriver-hooked up the water hose wrong-I had to undo it myself and put it on the right one-they didn't attatch the "faucet"adapterI put it on--the biggest thing they did was carry it upstairs--you guys should make sure your installers know how to install!!!

The movers did a great job lugging the heavy washer and dryer all the way upstairs and fitting them in a relatively tight space in the laundry room up there. The only issue was about a week or two into using the dryer, we smelled gas coming from it. We called the gas company and they came to fix the leak from the back of the dryer, saying the installers didn't use some sealant back there. So be careful when that gets installed!

The service people were extremely friendly. They installed the washer and made sure they claimed up after the washer was installed.

Friendly, courteous and on time. They handled the removal of the other appliances and installation with care.

The Delivery/Install guys did a great job setting up the W&D for my Mom. Not a fault of this team but the dryer required a service call before it could be used and this was handled quickly.
