Had it partially installed since one of the connection was stripped and not able to continue

Very professional, knowledgeable and friendly installation crew, they were on time and in and out very quickly, got a demo of the washing machine as well, very happy with their service.

The two installation guys were great. They had all the tools needed and when they ran into a problem was able to take care of it and install the machine in about 30 minutes.

Required item so I am pleased. Washer would not have been functional without it.

First delivery team was great, very informative and nice. Due to unforeseen issues, they couldn’t install the washer and dryer and the second team that was sent was not as nice. Unlike the first team, they weren’t helpful and managed to dent my washer and dryer when they hopped on top of it to get out of tight spots. Long story short, Best Buy needs to retrain some of their delivery guys.

Washer was installed but got hit with a $60 charge from delivery guys

Installers were awesome! Very freindly and knowledgeable.

The technician were great came in set up installed tested everything showed me how to work it and was gone.

The gentlemen were very professional and definitely couldn’t have done the moving of the washer myself.

Great job bringing in and installing the new wash machine! Not an easy task. Nice demeanor of both delivery persons on a very hot afternoon! Also took our old machine. Thanks crew from BB!

They installed everything fairly quick and explained how to use it. They did not install the hot water though which was upsetting but they were nice

Geek squad guys used these to install my washer did not have to use them.

The installation staff was extremely helpful, courteous and professional. They moved our old machine out of our house to a place our grandchildren can take it apart and recycle the old parts.

Absolute nightmare. Sadly, Best Buy has a third party JW Logistics doing their install and delivery. I suspect they can probably handle smaller equipment well. Do not buy Appliances and use JW Logistics for install and delivery. They tore up my floor. They damaged the washer upon first delivery. Then they damaged the dryer when they replaced the damaged washer. Then they destroyed my bathroom/laundry room floor when they replaced the damaged dryer. Several months later and I am still trying to get my floor repaired.

Installation services is good but it is advised to watch install make make sure they level and place units exactly where you want them.

Installstion was fine. In time and called ahead before service.

Installation was smooth and easy. Installers were very friendly.
