Good service Nice people Was on time Every thing was good

The two gentlemen from Best Buy were courteous and professional. They were experts.

Installation was quick they respected my property when they brought the washer in there was no damage to my walls or floors.

The delivery team was very professional. They kept in contact with me, were polite and helpful and did not make a mess in my apartment.

I was told the delivery would be between 1030-1430 took my old washer and dryer downstairs delivery never showed I called bestbuy they said give another hour waited an hour they said he would t be delivering today it would be July 27. Then I got another text saying driver would be there at 540. No call now show. Called bestbuy again they said the driver didn’t have a working number. How is this they have text me all day saying driver would be there. They also said they could t get in the gated neighborhood but there is a big sign saying if your vehicle is over 7 ft pull forward the gate will open. I called bestbuy again and they said they couldn’t deliver until the next Saturday even though the merchandise was at the store. And if I wanted it installed like I paid for I would have to wait three weeks. I no longer have a washer and dryer because my old one has been uninstalled and I have no way to carry them up the stairs. So I had to take the first available which was following Saturday. Bestbuy couldn’t install it. Now I am out of a days pay for taking off and had to spend a Saturday waiting on appliances to arrive, this doesn’t include have to go to the laundromat to do clothes on a Friday night so that my kids can go to their summer camp. The appliances arrived on Saturdayand I started installing everything except the delivery driver forgot to bring the dryer hose vent. So went to the store again. Got the hose installed the washer and dryer. Took the tape off of the tops of the machines and it was dented. I called bestbuy again told them about the product I explained that I would need someone to install it for me since I am not willing to not only wait for the delivery from 7am to 7pm but then install everything again. She said ok you owe us 24,95. I asked them to please waive the fee for everything I have been out through and they said they could not. I realize this will never get read by anyone that cares but this is by far the worst experience I have been put through and I paid 2 grand for such bad service.

This is a must. The installation won’t be completed unless this is ordered.

Always buy extended warranty place when buying major appliance

I added the washer installation when I purchased my washer, it was nice not having to do anything to have my washer running.

Best customer service the person answered all my questions. And, was very helpful.

Guys that delivered helped me shovel my driveway after plow came through. Only place I will get appliances from in the future due to this simple but very amazing gesture!!

My husband did the installation but the delivery went very smoothly. No damage when bringing in the new washer or bringing out the old one despite the tight staircase that had to be used.

The technicians were very friendly, kind, knowledgeable, and helpful and work very clean.

Happy that I paid for installation. The guys did the installation and set up everything for us. I didn’t have to stress about doing it myself.

Best Buy installers carefully placed washer in proper position. After hooking up the hoses they gave a brief review on the operation.

After the first 2 new washers, not working correctly - the 3rd one seems to be working fine.

The guy was very friendly but he was not very careful when screwing on the water hoses, he damaged the knurled threads on the brass fittings. He also did not adjust the level of the washing machine, I ended up doing it myself after he left. The adjustment ws not easy, it was actually a pain in the neck because the adjustment plastic feet were not easy to turn, no wonder the guy did not want to do it when I asked him.

Samsung is always high quality for laundry products. I am still happy with my choice.

After they delivered the dryer I discovered that it would be nice if the dryer door opened toward the washer. I called and they come out on schedule to switch the door around. Nice

The delivery team did a great job. Polite, knowledgeable, knew what they were doing. Hooked up the machine, took the old machine away. Arrived exactly when they said they would. Very professional.
