Professional installation. Smart and friendly technicians

Best Buy always has the best installers in the business. These guys were professional and polite. They got the job done right and quickly.

The two young gentlemen who installed my washer were wonderful, very efficient and courteous. I was contacted by phone with an estimated time of arrival on my appointment date as well as when they were about 15 minutes away from arriving. They had to remove an interior door to avoid the possibility of any damage in bringing the washer downstairs to the basement and had no problems with the door removal or re-installing it. The installation of the washer went off without a hitch as well as the removal of my old washing machine.

The team that came to install our washer was top notch! They knew exactly what to do, starting from surveying the install site, to unpacking by the curb, to their transport method with straps and dolly. They basically glided the machine through the apartment building! The install was quick, and they removed our old washer, tested and instructed us on the operation of the new washer. Huge capacity, quiet, many operating choices, with automatic sensors controlling the amount of water. Attractive, and has a matching dryer.

The guys who delivered my washer and dryer and installed them were terrific. They arrived ontime, were super helpful and cooperative, allowed me time to clean the space after they removed the old washer and dryer before installing the new ones, and moved the old ones to the exact spot in my garage where I asked them to. They did a good job of cleaning up after themselves and were friendly and unconcerned about my dog. I couldn't have asked for a better experience.

My original purchase was delivery only but a few things had some damage but best buy quickly set up a replacement exchange and installed them for me for free My delivery and installers were fast professional & made sure i was happy before leaving couldnt of gotten better service I reached out to their boss to brag about them being understanding hardworking employees that definitely deserved praise

Two installers arrived on time and quickly analyzed the job. While one unloaded the new washer, the other disconnected the old washer. The exchange was done through a garage/utility room door with a half flight of stairs. Both installers moved the old machine to the garage and then moved the new machine from the garage into the utility room. While one installed the new machine with hoses and power and completed the testing and customer guidance, the other removed the old machine and cartons to the truck. Overall a great team effort!

Great experience thought the whole buying experience

The guys who came to install my washer were very nice, polite, clean and neat - perfect gentlemen. It was delivered and installed during the height of this pandemic and they were very cautious and considerate regarding wearing their masks and keeping a safe distance. They had it up and running in no time, cleaned up the mess, loaded my old washer on their truck, and were gone just like that. Very happy with the entire experience.
