The absolute best part of our purchase of the Amana washer and dryer from Best Buy was the delivery and installation! Our two guys had the washer and dryer off the truck, in our house and perfectly installed is less than 30 minutes! The man who did the actual installation showed us all the features, controls, cycles, connections, hook-ups, etc. of both the washer and dryer and answered all our questions. I highly recommend the Best Buy delivery and installation AND Best Buy!

The technicians were really good installing the machine. They started the machine, explained how it worked, and checked for leaks before they left. I just wish they had realized before they took off that the machine was broken. The techs were really helpful in helping me get it replaced. And were super nice when they came back a week later. The second one worked.

I always highly recommend to everyone ordering anything from Best Buy and having them install it! They are always on time, quick, and efficient. I’ve had several issues with other retailers cancelling my delivery the day of delivery. I’ve never had this issue with Best Buy and I’ve ordered a fridge and microwave from them.

I am pleased with the installation this time. The other technicians for my previous washer forgot to install the springs that keep the machine from making the awful grinding noises. These 2 technicians, Chardonay and her colleague were very good. The washer runs so quietly I wonder if it's working. Thanks you guys!

Great washer install! The two young men were very professional and quick. Even exlplained how my new washer worked. They also put my dryer back in its place and re attached the vent. Very nice young men!

Our delivery and/or service men removed washer and dryers out of boxes and did all the core work, cable connections & other hookups prior to strapping them onto this belt and bringing them inside. This delivery method allowed the items to clear the house doors very efficiently. How their backs survive this type of lifting hopefully doesn’t hurt them.

Now that the washer is balanced it works amazing! At first this washer left my clothes wrinkled with no hope of ever having them come out! The manager of Best Buy installation came by to fox the original install. Balancing this washer is key to making it work how it should!!!!!

delivery and installation very fast but they were too hurry, knocked and rang door bell twice in less than 5 seconds! when I ask them to place my washer on the available plastic tray, they asked if I want to do it myself :) But overall I appreciated their hard work!

The team communicated several times in advance of delivery, They were prompt...arriving just when they said they would and I did receive the 30 minute advance call which was great. They also delivered on a Saturday which was very much appreciated. Couldn't have been easier, they handled the haul away and new install flawlessly. Very efficient. Couldn't have gone better. Service people communicated well and were prompt to our scheduled time. They removed the old washer and dryer without issue and installed the new appliances knowledgably and thoroughly. They answered all questions and made sure we were comfortable with the install before leaving.

The tech guys were on time and even called when they were close. They took the old washer out and installed the new one. Showed me basic things I needed to know and they didn't leave a mess. They were professional.

I never really considered Best Buy much for these types of purchases and really didn't think their installation service would be great, but I was wrong. They really took great care in moving the old stuff out and installing the new one, running the machine to make sure it worked and no leaks. Very impressed
