Not too happy

They ran a full wash on washing machine but left as soon as machine started. There was a leak with the hoses that they attached. I had to clean water up and my husband had to reattach hoses. They also did not level machine and my husband had to do that too. They didn't even have their own tools.

Fast and Friendly Installers

The techs hooked the water connections backwards

After examining the connections, they hooked the hot to cold and vice versa. I don't understand why they didn't test the connection before they left? Oh well, at least I know for next time.
