Installed the washer, but when the pedestals arrived the contractor refused to install them and took them away. The washing machine installer failed to turn the water back on when he set the machine off and left. Leaving me with error codes to deal with until I was able to identify the problem.

From my observation, it is very strong and useful tool. It was used by delivery persons.

They can on time even though it was raining. They had the new wash set up and took the old one away within 15 minutes.

Called prior to delivery as promised. Showed up as agreed upon. Installation went without a hitch. Hauled away the old. Everything that you could possibly hope for - just like in the commercials!

I thought the delivery would be easy as I completed my pre-delivery checklist. They arrived on time as per the delivery window. One installer opted to prepare the washer and dryer while the other came inside to remove both. He seemed to be in a little bit of a hurry which I understand the importance of keeping on schedule. I believe THIS priority caused his mistake. The very next thing he asked was if I could shut the main water connection to the house. I find the shut-off valve outside and as I come back inside, there is water everywhere and he proceeds to tell me he broke the shut off valve to the cold water line. The whole reason I sought out Installation was because I didn't want anything to go wrong. I trusted that Best Buy would have professionals who do this consistently. He then continues with installing the dryer and said he couldn't install the washer because the shutoff valve was busted. He gave me option to buy a new valve and hook it up once I switched it out OR go buy the part and maybe he could come back later after his other deliveries. The level of unprofessionalism in his work blew me away. I expected more from a Best Buy representative. Even if they were contracted, they should be better prepared for any and all mishaps. So after waiting a week for the delivery, I still could not use my new washer. I incurred additional expenses of parts AND labor for a plumber to fix what the delivery man broke. If I could give a lower score, I would. I essentially had to pay someone else to do the job that was supposed to have been done by people representing Best Buy. It was horrible to say the least and the fact that he had such little regard for repairing the damage he caused, is unacceptable.

I have hard wood floors and was scared that they would damage them. They were very careful and fast. My main floor is upstairs and it's difficult to bring in appliances. They did a great job!

Even with a 100 yard hand carry of the machine and a set of steps with a 90 degree turn, the team was polite and professional the entire time. No damage to the unit or the house either.
