A spirit level could have avoided this dilemma

Avoiding laundry piled up and visiting laundromats were the reasons for purchasing the washer from a reputable company. They will resolve this I know they are good for their word. The installer didnt have a level guide with him. I used my large contractor leveler I see the machine is not level.
