Quick set up but came late

Dissatisfied

First they did everything to tell me they could not install it, then called their supervisor and told them I didn't buy the washer from Best Buy (all in Spanish, which I don't speak, but understand enough to know what was said). After being told they had to install it, I had to ask them to level it and had to provide a level. They did a half cocked job at leveling, which lead to more problems with the washer. A second Best Buy team were completing an additional repair on the washer, and it took them several hours and a second visit to get the completely level the washer, which was not their job, but they wanted a satisfied customer, unlike the first team that did the install.
