Terrible installation of a washer

They did not level the washing machine, almost took off with the steel water lines which they did not install, left two packing bolts in our front flower garden. They had trouble turning off water. I offered to turn off the water supply twice and one installer just grunted. They got water all over our floor twice. Our son had to come & level the washer and we now have to hire a plumber to finish installing the water lines. Very disrespectful to older people, one of whom is in a wheelchair. Didn't offer to wipe up water on floor. Please call us for details of this poor installation.
