I had Best Buy do the installation for my new Samsung Washer and Dryer. The technicians were fast and courteous. However, after they left, I discovered that they had not properly "leveled" the washer, and so during its first load, it began to wobble and knock. I called the Best Buy Service number and another service call was established for two days later. The gentlemen who came informed me that they were told that they were to do an installation, not a "repair/leveling." I inquired as to why leveling would not be a normal part of the installation process. I was told that I would have to schedule yet another service call. The service people that came for the third service call were incredulous that the previous technicians were unable/unwilling to fix the problem by simply leveling my machine. They promptly went to work and had the unit level in less than 5 minutes. While it was a nuisance and hassle for me, it had to have cost Best Buy money to waste two additional service calls doing something that the original installers should have done. The good news: it was finally adjusted and I have had no problems.

Great Machine.... Plenty of Bells/Whistles... My Wife is only 5'3 it is a bit difficult for her to reach the clothes at the bottom of the machine (Top Loader)

Guys came in, very professional and clean. They taught me the basics on how to use the washing machine. They were in and out in 45 mins.

Very friendly and knowledgeable and I couldn't believe that he leveled the washer without using a level but sure enough I pulled out the level once they left and it was perfect.

Both the washer and dryer had to fit into a very tight existing space. The install team went over and beyond what was expected to get them both in the space with no issues. A+ install.

Guys tossed my new washer out of the back of truck. Told me it was alright because it was surrounded by styrofoam. Refused to wear mask knowing that their policy states that they were required to. Talked trash about me in Spanish thinking that I didn’t understand them(I did). Installed the wrong hoses to the back of the washer. Did not check to see if it worked and left. Took me an hour to figure out that the hoses were wrong and that’s what was giving me the error code because they were not supplying enough water to the machine quick enough. Called them back to get them to come check it and was told to return the washer and get a new one. Long story short, I love Best Buy buy will never trust them to install anything again.

The install tech was awesome! He walked us through how to use everything completely. Great customer service and personality.

The first set of delivery guys were horrible but the following week they sent a different set and they were amazing!
