The installers were complete professionals. They were able to come hours earlier than my appointment, so they offered me that option but didn't force me to accept it. I opted for the earlier delivery/installation. They arrived on time and had my washer/dryer installed quickly. They cleaned up afterwards and only left the manuals behind. :)

Helper of the 2man crew set up washer - didn't care that the hot and cold lines weren't neatly installed - head guy of the crew REINSTALLED the new lines neatly and properly. He wasn't happy with his team mates installation techniques- (neither was I) - the head guy of the team showed me how to use both washer and dryer and cleaned up his debris and left.

The two guys that installed my washer and dryer did an excellent job. They were very professional and were very careful not to bump the walls when they brought it in and took to the basement. They were very friendly and showed me a few things about the washer and dryer the salesman didn't show me and I was glad they did. Thanks to the guys who installed, you did a Great Job!

These men were pure gentlemen!!! Great customer service. They uninstalled the old set! Easy installation on the new set. They showed me what they did with each step.
