The delivery men efficiently installed the washer and then took the time to explain how the washer turned on/off - great help since it's basically 2 washers in one.

Had my washer delivered. The delivery team was courteous and called prior to arrival. Showed me how to work the machine after setting and hooking it up. Will use them again.

The delivery and installation of my new washing machine was wonderful. They were very professional and clean. They also asked if I had any questions about it's use before they left.

Installers came to my house and barely said 5 words to me. They did not install the pedestals that I purchased (which are now being returned - Best Buy lost that $558 sale!). One of the water inlet hoses on the washer was not tightened all the way and was dripping all over the basement floor. They ran a completely empty cycle through the washer for some reason, and left while it was still running. Neither the washer nor the dryer were leveled. Installers just left without saying a word and did not give me any option to inspect their work. They also damaged the trim to my basement door while they were working. Considering I’m a My Best Buy Elite Plus member, I would have expected the best installers to be sent to my home. Guess not.
