The team came in and set everything up nicely but they didn’t take the trash.

I purchased a wash machine in Feb. and knew it was on backorder. However, I called in April and they told me May. I do understand how Covid affects us all and can give some leeway, however I was asked since it had been so long if I wanted a different model. I was told the machine was in California but there was no one to drive it to Wa. I chose another machine. It was delivered. After the installers left, I discovered it wouldn't drain and it was very chintzy. I called again and chose a 3rd washer and it was delivered & installed. After the installers left it showed an error message. I called again and finally they delivered a washer that works. It wasn't until June first that I had a working machine. This review doesn't include all the phone calls, cancellations and trips that were made. I will say the managers were conscientious and did the best they could but the hoops were rediculous.

Friendly - efficient - got the job done. Called me the day before the scheduled delivery to remind me of the time frame. Then called me that day to give me a closer time.

The appliance looks good, and easy to operate. Has a lot of options, and you can connect it to your phone.

Geek squad delivery of my washer went great. Both individuals were efficient and careful. They gave a few useful tips about the washer.

Too many options for my needs, but this washer gets the clothes clean. And the spin cycle is AWSOME! The clothes come out almost dry!

The installers did a great job installing my washer machine. They made sure the machine was level and they were able to answer the questions I had about the new washer.

Washer and dryer were installed very efficiently and professionally. Everything about the new machines was explained to us. I'm glad we picked best buy for the installation.

The guy who installed my washing machine was polite, efficient and seemed to know what he was doing. But, the day after installation washing machine, the cold water hose detached and leaked all over our laundry floor. We didn't have the right tools to tighten the connection, so had to call up best buy. They sent out a repairman who took 10 seconds to fix the problem.

The 2 men that brought the washer were very professional. They did a great job of setting up and installing my washer.

The installers performed the task well however there was too much inappropriate talking from the gentleman named Eziikel. I had guests at my home during the install job and we were all very offended

The installers informed me after delivering my washer that they could not install it until both inlet valves were replaced. A bummer since I had to take time from work. I had my plumber replace them, who mentioned that the valves were fine, but would replace them if need be. The second time around, the installers were courteous and installed the washer promptly.

Happy with my purchase. I like the features; the appearance but most of all, I am impressed with the low impact on my electric bill.
