On-Time Delivery, But Installation Is a Complete R

But their "professional installation" is a total scam - all they do is connect two hoses (a 30-second job). When I asked them to place my new washer on the existing Samsung pedestal (from my previous Best Buy purchase), they told me: You can do it yourself later. I had to recruit my neighbor to help me lift the heavy machine because their "technicians" couldn't be bothered. It's outrageous that Best Buy charges extra for this non-service. Do yourself a favor: ✓ Accept the free delivery ✓ REFUSE the installation fee ✓ Save your money for actual useful services

The first time they noted the faucets were old and rusty, hence wouldn't continue with the washer installation. My plumber came over almost immediately, but the installers couldn't stay. We had to reschedule the installation for several days later.
