Highly Incompetent and Rude

They hooked up everything and told us to run a cycle but by the time we started the cycle, they were out of the door already. Once the washer started running there was a water leak from one of the hoses which was clearly not connected right. Also the dryer vent was just loosely attached while the tie was left there unattached. Also the dryer was not even balanced and was shaking when running. Overall, this job could not have been done in a worse way for sure. I have bought all my appliances from bestbuy many times and plan to do that in future but if this crew returns to my house, they will not be allowed in for sure.

The installer was polite and efficient
