Very friendly installers n on time they showed us how to work it

It's really pretty easy to hook up a wash machine but why not just let the experts handle it. They were very helpfully on showing the numerous features of this machine.

seemed like they were in a rush, did not level and left packing tape on machine.

The delivery/installation folks came by the new house. i didn't have keys to access the house because my sister forgot to give me keys. i got to the house first and found the delivery folks there earlier than expected. i asked them if they could wait another 20 minutes because of a huge car accident on the freeway and has delayed my sister to be there on time. the delivery/installation folks said they could not stay since they have other deliveries to take care of. called bestbuy and got my refund back. i was able to install the appliances myself.

Both guys delivered with care and took out old machine. Made suggestions on certain aspects and quite pleased overall.

They arrived on time, however , they had not received the message I left about texting rather than calling-not the installer’s mistake. They switched the hot and cold water lines so my carpenter had to pull the machines out and redo it. They were unaware that the stacking kit was in one of the machines, luckily I looked. I am not sure the drain from the non-vented dry was installed properly because I get some water in the reservoir. Not sure if that is normal. They didn’t know anything about a non-vented dryer. Hence, the low rating. Not we’ll trained.

Very pleased with the home install. They were able to reused the mount from our old washer stack saving us from having to buy a new. Knew their job and were very professional.

This was the absolute best service ever!!! Best Buy never seems to surprise me with their excellent service!!!
