The installers arrived at the time specified and did contact us in advance of the appointment. Technicians made quick work to disconnect and relocate our old washer and get the new one in place and running. Our W/D hookup is in the garage, so there was no worry about tracking inside the house to handle installation. When everything was set up, they took time to explain some of the pointers to help avoid mildew and general care as this was our first front load washer. Only complaint was that we bought a wifi enabled machine and they did not know or assist with any of the installation or setup to make that work. We recently had a new HVAC system installed, and their techs helped with all of that, and I guess they spoiled me. All in all, really glad that I opted to have the pros do the installation. Saved me a lot of time and soreness, I've heard that our washer is quite a bear to move, and it was definitely larger than our old unit.

Israel and his coworker were amazing folks to have in my home! Tnot only were they well mannered, professional, and pleasent, they got the new washer down to the house and installed in no more than 10 mins! and they got the old one out and up the stairs with no complaints!

how much time each cycle is. The Spin Cycle beats all spin cycles, shortening the drying cycle and even reduces wrinkling. This Washer is Musical and when tuning its Cycles they run smoothly and quietly. My old Drier is still working but when it retires I have absolutely no doubt that my next Drier will be a Samsung! The delivery and installation folks were a delight, arrived early (and notified me ahead of time), installed it quickly and efficiently, walked me thru operation of the new machine and removed the old machine without a problem. I was really happy with this service!!

The Geek Squad just did an installation of my new Amana washing machine & dryer. Their expertise & experience in installation really made this whole ordeal very easy. They even called me 1/2 hour before arrival, which was really appreciated. Not only did they install both quickly, but made sure I had no questions on the operation of both the washer & dryer. I have never experienced such great friendly, timely & professional service.

TDI was very professional and friendly. They delivered and installed our appliances in an efficient and caring manor. The had to take both doors and the freezer drawer out to bring it into our home! It was like they were delivering them to their home. I would 100% use them again !

The installation was quick and clean. The crew arrived exactly at the time requested . The technician tested the washer cycles and gave me a quick update as to starting the washer. I was very pleased!

Install was excellent—but like I said in previous review on dryer install— they had to reschedule install because when they arrived—one of my water connections was inadequate—so I had to call a plumber to come out and repair—then call back after it was repaired and reschedule the install for both. I haters they wait but glad it was done right.

The third party that came out to install the washer were very courteous and knowledgeable. The washer was hooked up but informed us that the company ordered the wrong stackable kit. They contacted the customer service center that called us immediately. The problem was resolved and they returned 5 days later to complete the install.

The guys that showed up were awesome, they arrived on time, unloaded quickly and had everything set up before I could figure out what was what. The only issue was with the house, tue previous owner damaged the dryer outlet, and they couldn't finish the installation as a result. But they left the machine ready to go. All I had to do was fix the outlet and plug it in. Great service!

Happy happy happy is all I can say. No more Love My Laundry thieves!..but to answer the question, I am very happy. I actually exchanged 2 times, and now very satisfied. Quiet, swift and get the job done without breaking the water bill bank. My water has been the same if not cheaper! If you're on the fence for that reason, take the leap! Well worth it.

The delivery took place on the specified date within the given time window. A team of 3 arrived to deliver and hook up the machine they were all friendly and worked well together they checked each other to ensure that the job was done right. They did foget to check it with a level but did so once reminded. I would use them without hesitation in the future.
