The guys showed up right on time and did an awesome job installing the washing machine. In and out in less than an hour.

My replacement washer is magnificent !! The delivery crew were polite, efficent and took great care of my home.. Waiting for the warranty process, was quite lengthy.. I was without a washer for 7 weeks.. Everyone in the warranty departments were friendly and patient, even when I wasn't.. I am grateful for Geek Squads decision to replace it.. Extended warranty is priceless !!!

Where do I start? Oh, yes.. Ordered a washer and dryer from Best Buy Online. Set up delivery for a Saturday weeks from when we ordered it. Leading up to the delivery date, we received updates and reminders about our delivery. We were even sent a checklist to prepare for the delivery the day before.. We removed the old washer and dryer ourselves because they wont. We had the area all ready and check list done. The morning of delivery, hours before the time window, I checked to make sure we were good to go on the Best Buy app. To my surprise, it showed I no longer had a delivery scheduled. I immediately called the 1-800 number provided on the app. After being transferred by the first agent without notice, and 30 minutes later, the agent I was on the phone with informed me the delivery was canceled due to the units not arriving at the store on time. This perplexed me because we had ordered weeks ago and also had many notifications saying the delivery was still on. At this time the agent tells me that the soonest they will be delivered is Wednesday. Keep in mind that it is currently Saturday. This was unacceptable to me. Try to run a house with a family without a washer and dryer. After getting nowhere with the agent on the phone, i decided to drive to Best Buy. I have always had good experiences with the people in store. Upon arriving and talking to a gentleman in customer service, I fond out the washer and dryer are indeed there at the store and thus the agent on the phone lied to me. It turns out the delivery drivers had called in that day and Best Buy had zero redundant drivers. Again, not being able to wait 5 days for a washer and dryer, I had them load them up in my truck and I went home to install them myself. After installing, I called Best Buy customer service to complain. I was told point blank that "because I now have the units and have installed them myself, there is nothing Best Buy is willing to do for me to compensate me for the entire process" not even a small discount. This is by far the worst customer service experience I have ever had. Ever...

Very professional installers. They brought everything that was needed to perform the job quickly and efficiently. They were able to show me exactly how the product worked (even the phone app integration) and how to perform preventative maintenance on it.

Washer works great, installers didnt level the washing machine so now this giant machine moves across our floor when ever we wash

Arrived on time. Fast install. No issues except I didn’t get my manual and there was no way to contact them to check the truck. I verified through manufacturer that a manual does come with it. I called Best Buy after the installers left and they said there was no way to contact them. Which I find odd and still don’t believe that. Would be 5 stars if not for that incident.
