Awesome crew of two came with a fridge and this washer. They set it up, let it run, and explained everything!

Although not a difficult installation for a DIY person, the price to have someone else load it, deliver, install and haul away the trash was well worth it!

The installer was on time. They called and provided estimated arrival time. They are very professional.

Washer delivery was as promise. The hoses were as expected.

So-called 'professional installation': 1) Did not LEVEL the washing machine (how basic is that?!) 2) Did not secure the drain hose with the provided elbow bracket. 3) Did not install the hole caps in the shipping bolt holes. 4) Did not provide us with the parts that were included in order for me to do 1) - 3) myself. After weeks of trying, I have not been able to find anyone at Best Buy or LG who can provide me with these parts. Do yourself a favor. Save your money and install it yourself. Worst case, at least you'll have the parts so you can hire someone to do it, if you can't.

Best Buy did a great installing my washer with the installation kit purchased. I have had no water leaks which is great.

Great kids that show up. Courtesy, professional and helpful. The only thing is when purchasing the installation it clearly stated they would have the machine running before they left. They were on the way out the down before I insisted they start the machine. Sure enough, they didn't tighten a line. Water went all over the place. Easy fix, but always double check all the connections!

The installation was ok but I was surprised that they did not use the plastic support for the drainage hose.

Delivery guys awesome, downhill after that All my recent Holiday problems stem from the exclusion and/or delivery of this stacking kit. Ordered washer and dryer Nov. 9. Did not not get right kit and washer/ dryer stacked till Dec. 6. Had two very stressful Holidays. Still love best Buy, just still not happy. Delivery guys get a 5+
