VERY Disappointed!
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Lots of complaints here: 1) The two "installers" really didn't appear to know what they were doing; took forever (>3 hours), and I had to redo what they had done. 2) Didn't seem to care; one guy dropped the pedestal washer off the truck, rather than ask his partner to help him lift it down. 3) Damaged everything; all appliances were scratched on their sides from going through a metal-framed basement door, and I now have a slow leak in the plumbing from where they torqued the connector. With the 3 hours that these clowns spent in my basement and the 2 hours that it took me to fix their installation, the better part of a Saturday was wasted.
