New hoses for hot and cold water and the dirty water hose attached with care. I still NEVER leave house with washer running...Remember that old refrigerator joke???

While the washing machine is quite excellent, the hired help sent to install it were not so much. The first team just dropped the machine in place with the hoses connected wrong and left without checking. Second team was better, got it leveled and balanced, but the hoses were still wrong.

Bestbuy, setup, tested, and removed my old washer. I live about 30 miles away from the bestbuy store. Did a great job of letting me know when they are going to be there.

Awful experience with coordination of washer and dryer delivery. 3rd party delivery service never on the same page as Best Buy customer service. Delivery attempts on non agreed upon days. Two different delivery companies used. Two different appointments scheduled and was only notified about one delivery window. Damage upon washer delivery. Best Buy unable to remove old washer as paid for.

The washer that was delivered had a big dent from top to bottom, so that the door was misaligned. This defect was noticed by the Best Buy person who installed and who recommended to ask for a replacement. The replacement was brought 10 days later. The new washer looks good, but was defective. The Best Buy person who installed it didn't wait for the test washing program he started to be finished. The program ended with an error. We ask for a repair, which was "scheduled" for the next day, but nobody came. Another repair was scheduled one week later. Let's hope that one month after I ordered it I can use the washer. Such a disappointment with Best Buy and a very unpleasant experience!

I shopped in a store for a washer/dryer that was stackable and where the door opening could be changed. I was told it was "easy" to change the door and would be done during installation. I didn't order in the store but waited (I wanted painters to finish before installing). When installed, the installers wouldn't change the door opening direction. Apparently I was supposed to "order that" separately from the install. Frustrating, but an understandable miscommunication. HOWEVER, I have not been able to get a response to have someone come to the house and do this task (even if I have to pay, I still want it done) but no answer. I was given a card with a number and email - never an answer on the phone. No response to email. Very disappointed (in lack of response). The actual installation was fine, but not what I had wanted.
