The install was fast and they technicians was friendly and good at what they do.

The delivery people were very professional and prompt. We received a notice narrowing the time frame and another when it was again confirmed on the same day as delivery. We received an update when they were minutes away and they arrived just as the notice indicated. The delivery was fast and installation complete. They tested the machine and made sure everything was spotless when they left. We could have not have asked for a better experience.

The first installation was rushed. Nothing was secured and lines weren’t tied. The men were rude and clumsy, knocking into things and acting like they were doing me a huge favor. The machine rocked violently and was deemed defective a week later. The second team of installers were the complete opposite of the first. They were friendly, careful and took their time!

I had picked one washer from best buy. Technician came and installed it. While testing he saw some issue and recommended to take it back. And he took it back without charging us any extra fees. After we picked new one, technician came at schedule time and installed it and tested it. We are happy with the experience.

I was very happy with the installation of my Maytag wash machine. The two mem were very polite and installed my wash machine very quickly. They called me before they came to my house. They were within the time frame that I was given for their arrival. It only took them 15 minutes to install and take my old wash machine away. They answered all my questions and made sure that the machine was working properly.

We purchased a new washing machine from Best Buy and the installation of the washer in our condo laundry room could not have gone smoother. No problems whatsoever, and the delivery men were very helpful and prompt. They were right on time with the delivery.

Managing the delivery and installation process with best buy is easy. I was notified by email as a reminder a couple of times. I got a call the night before. The driver called me day of my appointment to let me know he was 20 minutes away. The two installers were very professional and took care of the installation efficiently and removed the trash and any other debris. They were in and out within 30 minutes.
