The installation of my new washer went quite well. The guys were careful about getting the old machine out and the new one in. I thought I was supposed to get some detergent samples, but there was nothing in the basket.

The installation process was easy and stress free. I was given a 4-hour time window when they would arrive. They called when they were on their way. They were knowledgeable, friendly, quick, and efficient.

The guys were timely, came in and were thorough in identifying a dent on the washer (which Best Buy compensated me for since it was the second machine that came in - the first had a big dent in the front). They did a quick and solid job on the install and were very courteous the whole time. They made it feel like they were on my side. This was just over 3 months ago and so far my machine has been working great with no issues.

Easy installation. Just you need two persons. The installation tools are already there. Just you need is a driller and suitable wallmount

The installation we purchased from Best Buy is a worthy service. Best of all, it came free with the purchase of the washer. They came on time during the installation window and did the job well. They hauled away the old one (this was an additional cost of $15, though generally it used to be not more than $10 on prior appliances). They did it all very fast and professionally.

The installation team got the washer and dryer up the stairs without damaging the walls or equipment, which is obviously a very important aspect of this review. The next important part is the installation was done correctly. There haven't been any problems after a couple weeks of using the washer and dryer. The team got backed up and arrived late, but that's not really installation but the outsource company does have to work on this aspect of the service. Great job!

I had s great team deliver my washer. They made sure everything was working properly. They ran a small load wash cycle to ensure the washer was connected well & working. They were quick, efficient and knowledgeable.

It was well worth the extra $$ to have our new LG washer delivered and hooked up. Kaleb from the Geek Squad was pleasant, personable and did an awesome job hooking up our washer.
