Installation was good but....

They encouraged me to file a claim. I’m satisfied with the delivery guys but not the shipping method because my $1500 appliance set arrived with dings.

Tight Space No Challenge for Installers

very fast

The old hook-ups were there for a long time so the hot water side was really tight. They wanted me to call out a plumber and have them re-plumb.......not!!! My son hooked up the new hoses and the washer as soon as they walked out the door!!

Delivery & hook up was great

Scam-like service process. Buy elsewhere

This review ia for the scheduling office and Best Buy who basically forced an unnecessary purchase and delayed my delivery 2 times. Again, the guys who actually installed were great so I hope they don’t get the 1 star rating. They were 5 stars. But the scheduling/delivery office is a rip off.
