The 2 installers who brought my new washing machine, carried it into my house like it was nothing. They hooked it up, tested it to make sure it worked.

Each delivery driver/installer have been very polite, courteous, respectfully, and compassionate about what they were installing. Highly Satisfied with them.

The guys that installed my washer and dryer were very courteous and professional. They were also efficient.

After many attempts they finally were able to come and the setup the washing machine. I was a little upset but the store made it right by giving me a store credit.

Delivery 1 - dryer cam Broke. And was still installed by team. Found out after they completed and left Delivery 2 - replacements. Installer falsely Claimed the faucet had leak and would not install. Ran away without telling us. Delivery 3. Replacements. Completed no issues Delivery 4 - install pedestals. Claimed installation was not included and they were only delivery team. Ran away!! Delivery 5 - pedastals. came to find not enough height. Delivery 6 - pedestals. Inslls completed no issues Had to move my fridge each time in order to prep/install

Quick installation and the tech was professional enough to provide a quick overview of how to use the product.

My delivery was for a Saturday morning. My window was 8-12. Around 11:30 I was getting concerned. I called their number to see when my delivery was coming. They were no help because they can not contact the driver? Really? Anyway, at 11:45 they show up mind you they are suppose to call 1/2 hour before they arrive. I told them why did you not call me? The drivers excuse was we were only 10 minutes away. How do I know that? Because of them not calling me I had to stay home all morning and so I did not make it to the bank which I needed to do. The lead person knew what he was doing but his assistant was pretty much clueless. A worker called in so this guy took his place and I was feeling uncomfortable with anything he did. The wash machine was installed, leveled, and checked. So far so good but "beware"!

The Best Buy installation team showed up exactly on time, called before the came and had my washer and dryer set installed in 20 minutes. Thanks.

They were very professional workers. Came in and hooked it up. Showed how to work it. Made sure there were no leaks on any of the hoses. Then cleaned up.
