My mother was very satisfied with the delivery men that brought her washing machine to her home. She said that they were friendly. She also said that they did not make a mess. They were neat and careful when bringing her washing machine through her kitchen. And she stated that it didnt take them very long to get rid of her old machine and install her new one. Very pleased with the service.

The delivery & install guys did a great job. I was expecting them to use a dolly to bring the washer to the laundry room, but they didn’t. They used straps to carry it from the garage to the laundry room. I was impressed that they did that instead of using the dolly that could have left marks on the floor. They hooked up the washer and made sure it was balanced and working properly.

Install was quick and done right. Guys did a really good job setting up and cleaning up after themselves.

It was well worth the extra $$ to have our new LG washer delivered and hooked up. Kaleb from the Geek Squad was pleasant, personable and did an awesome job hooking up our washer.

The installation was quick and clean. The crew arrived exactly at the time requested . The technician tested the washer cycles and gave me a quick update as to starting the washer. I was very pleased!

I’m so glad to have had Best Buy come out and do the delivery and install. They were quick to get out and kept me apprised of their timeframes and where they were, as they ended up coming before the scheduled timeframe which was GREAT. They Wee friendly and adhered to COVID-19 safety procedures and were quick and considerate of my time. They put everything where it belonged and cleaned up after themselves. Thank you!

Evrything works great but i alredy had the water lines and was charged anyway which is no big deal. I wish they had made sure the washer was level though. It shakes and i dont have the strength to move it myself.

I love the washer delivery and installation crew. They are true professionals! The washer was installed within 20 minutes and old washer was removed. The new washer is ready to use right away! They also gave a short tutorial.

Washers are admittedly easy to install, two hoses, a discharge hose and power. I had already removed the old one. The great part was that they installed it even after they had broken down for four hours, they still were determined to finish all the installs they had for the day instead of just delaying it. They were obviously four hours late but they still showed up. Kudo's to the strong work ethic that they displayed!

Best Buy uses a 3rd party company for the delivery and installation of appliances, of course. The two guys that came in to deliver our washer and dryer were AWESOME. GREAT positive attitude and they were extremely careful taking both items to our 2nd floor. Highly recommend this company and great job BEST BUY for doing business with them!

This was really the way to go, The guys called and let me know when they were coming and when they arrived they had the old washer out and the new one in pretty quick. I didn't time them but it seemed like 15 to 20 minutes. The guys were very nice and professional I definitely would recommend this option.
