    I bought an LG washer and dryer (separate purchases), and I paid for installation on both. The first delivery was on Feb 12, 2025, and the second was on May 22, 2025. On both occasions, the setup (install) was not done to completion. When I called Best Buy, they told me that the install is outsourced to a third party and that he would have someone call me. Someone called me on 5/24/25 to tell me that the earliest they could come out was 5/27/25. When I asked if she understood the reason for her calling me, she said she really didn't know. I have no dryer and can't dry my clothes for my family of 5. Very frustrating.

    Finally, clean clothes, Machine has deep fill option. Enough water to wash clothes, not like my former front loader.
