The two young men who installed my washing machine were knowledgable and showed me how everything worked. They were neat and clean and took all the debris away

The people who deliver are AWESOME! They are respectful and professional. Many of them are bilingual.

As noted in my washer review, the installation of our LG washer was less than satisfactory. The delivery as fine but the installation was rushed and disorderly. When installing the hoses on the machine, the tech/rep jammed them against the wall and left them sticking out everywhere as compared to how the previous washer was installed. Also, the washer had a slight wobble when he ran the test cycle and when I asked about this I was told it was ok to wobble that amount, even though the previous washer did not. I realize they have a time schedule but they couldn't get out of there quick enough. In hindsight I would have just had them deliver the machine and done the installation myself as I'll need to redo parts of it myself anyways.

I recommend ths instaluation of the maching. Once you start or try to figure ou the high tech macing you'll need time to read and comprehend everything.

It was a great deal. free delivery and installation only $29. They came on time and worked professionally.

Installation had to be completed by my husband, because the salesperson didn't inform me at time of purchase that I should check the valves because there is a possibility the installers might not complete the installation if the valves looked old or slightly rusted. Which is what happened to me.

Very late it was after 9:00 when they finished. Someone should have called and explained that they were late due to truck breaking down. He was frustrated and in a hurry but got it down I understand it was not his fault but a call would have been nice

Washer is too deep, need a step stool to get laundry out. Installation went great & the guys were professional.

Took 2 visits to install washer. Had defective washer first time. Replacement was smooth.
