The geeks Squad did an amazing job at hooking up my brand new washer and dryer is making sure that they were level ensuring that they were at the right spot that they weren’t going to be hitting each other that there was plenty of room to not cause any back up in the dryer vent they were very professional and insured everything was working properly and securely before they left. I would always recommend having geek squad help with installation

The 2-man team were very professional and got the job done in the cold. Very hard-working guys, working long hours! They even had to remove my door off to avoid any door damage.

The team from the Geek Squad were amazing! They were respectful and courteous. When bringing the washer into the house, they made sure they did not hit any walls. Took their time to ensure the appliance was installed correctly. The team even did a test running to ensure it was working as expected. They went above and beyond to ensure the installation went perfectly.

Our installation service was great. The associate arrived in a timely manner after calling to make sure it was a good time. He brought all the tools and supplies he needed and got it done very quickly and efficiently and provided his name and number if there were any issues, which was a good way to build trust and gave me confidence in the quality of the job right off the bat.

Easy washer install. The installers made it beyond easy

First install was done without testing due to extension hose not supported, and it resulted in a leak, requiring a 2nd call to reinstall. The 2nd installation did an excellent job in fixing the leak.

Guys that came to install our washer were very quick, and professional. They were courteous enough to remove their shoes when they saw we had a please remove your shoes sign in the front of our house. They also were friendly enough to let us know this would be the best time to sweep up and clean the area before they installed the new washer. They were in and out literally within 10 minutes.

The guys did a fast install and good job installing new washer and removing the old unit.

Sometimes you get leery about people that are sent to install appliances and hope that it works out well. The installation of the washer that I purchased from Best Buy was flawless and completed in record time. The gentlemen were pleasant. It added to the satisfaction of the purchase.

The squad notified me in advance of arrival time and in fact came before scheduled time. Installation was quick and effective.

I really like this washer! It is the second one I have owned. I left the first one in California when I moved to Utah, and bought the same one again.

Very quick and efficient. Removed the “universal” stand from old and re-installed on the new (Maytag). Machine leveled and is silent. It does not vibrate during spin or at any other time. Crew was punctual and careful moving big machines through house. My washer and dryer are packed into a small laundry room making install tight.
