Well worth the install charges. Yes, you can do it yourself, but this was truly worth the extra $$. Painless, easy and very well done.

The guys got the old washer out and new one in quickly. It was hooked up and I was able to use it in no time!

The installers prepped everything it could not put it in it’s spot because the tile guy wasn’t done with that spot.

The guy did a great job, explained everything & all the features. He even tested it out to make sure everything worked and there were no leaks.

Installation was done in a timely manner. They called before they came which is always helpful.

Washer was installed fine, no shaking or anything like that.

The installed it with little difficulty and knew what they were doing. Made sure the drain tab didn't fall in. And even gave me the tab to make sure.

They did the job but only after we showed them the receipt and argued. He tried to convince us that the instillation on the receipt was added by error... they did eventually install and we haven’t had any problems (been about a month) but was definitely a headache.

They came into my apartment, and they banged up and scratched my new washing machine into my apartment. They were also mostly on their phones while they “worked.” They turned off the valve to change the washing machine. In the process they broke my valve and caused a leak, and when I told them they have broke the valve, they said "its not their problem." it is absurd. They didn't even change the hose. They stated, “It was too short.” When they finally finished their horrible work, they harassed me and my family for a tip for their terrible job.

The installers called to see if they could come before our install time. to see if they could come by sooner then,because they where running early.
