showed up early but gave notice. didn't haul off old one because of some sticky stuff on base.

I purchased open box at the Palm Desert store and when they delivered the appliances they set them up and left. When I went to try washer it didn't work. I tried to remedy this by internet and was told they'd send someone out the following week. Those second guys took a look and said, yep, it's broken. They said someone from BB would contact me right away. I eventually had to reach out again and was eventually told because it was open box I would need to return to the store. The store was very nice, but said that they should have been able to replace this without my needing to make that trip. The third time was the charm. They replaced with a new washer and it seems to be working fine so far.

The new washer was delivered to my basement without any damage. Hoses were connected, it was plugged in and started. The old washer was removed

Washer seems to work ok, but the display panel is difficult to read because of the small dark text on a dark brushed aluminum background, does not conform to ADA readability standards. Steam modes are an improvement over previous model.
