Don't do it! Worst customer service!!

This because he sat in front of the wrong house for 30 minutes. The guy who came for the 7th (!!) attempt was great. Not worth buying from Best Buy.

Missed the mark

They noticed a pedestal was damaged and did not install it. No follow up was done afterward. I called 2 weeks later and was given an appointment for 7/29. The night of 7/28 I received all confirming calls. I prepped the laundry room for install. On 7/29 I received a text saying the driver was sick and that I needed to schedule a new appointment. Getting hold of a live human at BB is nearly impossible. I hate this process and will not recommend it. Still no install almost 2 months after my purchase. I will not be back.
