The gentleman who installed by wash machine, need to think more. The were to remove my front loader, which they did. They loaded it on a dolly face down. Water went everywhere and the smell was gross. I needed to clean up the water and they just wanted to install the new machine. The machine came with a few scratches on the lid.

Brought new machine down to basement and took old machine without problems. Had to borrow my screwdriver! Slight problem in matching drain hose to my pipe, couldn't finish that part of installation said I needed "an adapter". When they left, I cut 3 inches of the old drain hose to make a perfect 'adapter'. Not impressed.

They did a wonderful job and had it done very quick made sure I new how to use it and answered any questions I had. It's worth it to have them install.

Great service. Kind and on time, which is great. We got a call previous to arriving to deliver and install. They also removed my old washer.
