They came to bring my new washer and to install it. They where honest worker and told me the water connection where not working.

We had a pretty negative experience with the delivery and installation we received. It started with the fact that the washer and dryer came in a semi truck even though we specifically stated that we needed a smaller truck to come to our house (give our driveway is rather steep). We had to reschedule delivery, for the company to again send a semi truck. From this point, the delivery people ended up dollying the washer and dryer up the driveway becuase the truck wouldn’t fit. From here, they began to put the washer and dryer on opposite sides than their hose attachments to the wall, given that they “couldn’t switch the direction of the doors”. We later found the directions to the appliances with how to switch the doors on the first page. Then we started to hear a water hammer noise when the washer turned on. So we asked Best Buy to send a technician to come look at it. They sent someone who did not speak English and was not able to help us at all. They then proceeded to tell us that there was no technician in the area and they couldn’t help us. We haven’t heard anything since. Love the appliances, very disappointed with the installation and customer service.

Not having a truck or car big enough I was okay with paying for installation, but free delivery was given to me since we lived within 50 miles.
