Washer installation seems adequate

Washer came missing parts and the dryer vent was installed poorly - smashed flat. Repair was made the next day but the team shouldn't have left with it in an unsafe condition.

Best Buy used to be a good place to get appliances

The last two have been horrible experiences. The most recent installers damaged our laundry room wall. To have it repaired the company requires 2 quotes which is ridiculous since it's dry wall repair. They were also a bit sexist, as they had been dealing with my wife the whole time and I was able to walk out where they were working when they were finishing up and the installed didn't address my wife again after that.

Install on Washer

After arriving home realizing they didn't not turn on water valve and zip strip my hose to the faucet instead of hanging in on side of tub and having the hose twisted.
