Washing machine installation

If I ran a cold load, the water was always hot. They ran a test cycle before they left and there was shredded paper all over the washing machine

The tech left. I started the washer. It wasn’t leaking. I went into my home office. 3 hours later came out to find my kitchen flooded. The return hose was not clamped down. My wooden floor is warped and creeks. Disappointed

Shaking my head

This was after the third time three different delivery people came and said the pcs. weren't compatible, went far as to show an actual LG YouTube video tutorial to make it happen.
