Although the service was part of the delivery, they dropped it and left us to put install it with the reasoning that they couldn't remove the old hoses, and didn't want to be responsible for any broken pipes. My son and I put it together and in place. And it's been running fine ever since. If I had known I was going to have to do this, I would have had my husband pick it up and had it installed, instead of waiting 2 weeks for the delivery and installation. Don't get me wrong, the delivery guys were nice, But I don't get paid to do their job.

We had a wonderful experience with the installation and service with Best Buy and the scheduling was easy peasy.

Purchased a new washer. Had washer delivered and installed.

So, We purchased our new washer and dryer set without purchasing the installation. Washer and dryer were delivered, no major issues. I asked the deliver guys to drop them on my garage and I would install them myself. Dryer came with no problems what-so-ever (please keep in mind, this is not a negative review against the washer and dryer, but the delivery company). I unwrapped the washer and found that the soap drawer was bent way out of shape, not ever sure how this could have happened since the packaging was in mint condition?? Called Best Buy right away and they had no problem replacing it. This time, I was told the installation service would be free. This was fine by me, that thing was heavy (I had no choice but to install and use the damaged one as I have 4 kids...I needed that washer!!). Day of the new delivery comes. the delivery guys partially unwrap the new washer, remove the old one, I check all the parts that I can all the new washer, looks great (always, always unwrap everything). No sooner did the truck pull away and I pull the final few pieces of tape off of the washing machine, HUGE gouge is in the door of the washing machine. I call Best Buy back again, they transfer directly to the delivery company. One other item to note, I am now also standing in a puddle of water as the installation specialist neglected to clean up after himself. While on the phone with the delivery company, she asked me to look for more damage, sure enough, the installation specialist scratched up my dryer during the installation! So now Best Buy is replacing another washer AND a dryer. So, the washer was on back order, but the dryer was delivered. I had them install the dryer after a much more thorough inspection...this went well...or so I thought. During the installation, the dryer also has a cold water line for steam options...guess what, another puddle of water that was not cleaned up. The day of the washer delivery finally arrives. Thorough inspection completed, had the delivery guys (these guys were actually pretty good, once they heard all of the problems we had been through, they were very careful with putting the washer in the garage for me, no, I did not have them install the machine). This time around, I had my wife (who is at this point 3-months pregnant) help me install the washing machine. Very happy with the machines and the Best Buy service team...not so much with the delivery service for my local Best Buy.

Install done timely, bummer you have to pay for removal of old machine though

They removed the broken washer, they were polit and professional and done in about 15 min.

It was the worst experience ever to scheduling the appointment abs being delivered to the wrong place which the address was verified when scheduling. Then having to reschedule appointment and inconveniently to call and cancel that appointment due to unknown reason. Was promised for the rescheduled date that I would be the first one delivered to which did not happen as well. I was so disappointed!

My installation was a snap. The delivery men were prompt and courteous. They were careful in my home and answered all my questions.

My installers took great care in removing my old washer and installing my new washer...no scuffs or dents anywhere!

Delivered, then sat for another week because they needed new part I had to purchase from plumber costing another $125 so make sure your water turns on & off with ease before hand! Only 2 days for delivery schedules to Inverness! Ridiculous!
