Very sloppy installation; just disappeared

I got completely out of the way and was surprised when the truck just disappeared. I went to where the washer was installed and found it running, with me trying to figure how to turn the thing off. It was also installed in such a way that the door into the house could not be closed. I am 81 years old and I had to muscle the unit into a position that allowed the door to close.
