I contacted customer service and arranged for exchange of pedestal for washer as the original was damaged - explanation was provided to representative Blanca. She arranged for delivery/installation of the exchange item. When delivery took place one of the technicians (Juan-Pablo) wanted the original pedestal so I took him to it and he decided to assess the item and then refuse to provide the exchange and install. He called office and the person he was speaking to in SPANISH agreed with him that he would not exchange item or perform install. I called Blanca person I had spoken to and made arrangements for the exchange installation. She asked to speak to him, she asked him what seemed to be the problem, he basically did not respond to her, she asked his name and he advised her. I asked Blanca do these guys work for Best Buy or are they a third party company, she advised they were third party,,,which completely surprised me. Only because this meant that they were hired specifically for delivery exchange and installation pedestal. Therefore their job was to Deliver & install pedestal as instructed by Best Buy, yet Juan-Pablo decided to evaluate the decision the Best Buy representative arranged and refuse to do as hired. I stated to him; I'm sorry but you are hired for delivery and installation...that's it! you are nobody to make this decision specially because I have the Best Buy rep on the phone and she is requesting you to perform the job you were hired for. The person from the delivery company that was on the phone with him, yelled through phone NO...you are not installing, I want you to leave. Juan-Pablo then started to walk out and then gave instruction to his partner to take the pedestal they brought...i grabbed the pedestal and said you are not taking this...now get out of my house. this was all done while I had Blanca from Best Buy on the phone. I apologized to Blanca that I went to another level but this man was so disrespectful I couldn't take it any longer. Blanca requested sometime to arrange another crew to install the pedestal which I agreed. Another crew came within 2 hours and they were extremely professional, came in performed installation and moved on in a matter of 20 minutes. I feel Best Buy needs to reconsider using a third party delivery company or discuss their position so they understand they are hired to do a specific job which should be stated on the order provided by Best Buy.

Same review as dryer install. Everything went great. Very fast install. Got a nice tutorial on how to use each product.
