    Installer was on time and polite. We bought another LG washer that used the exact same pedestal as the previous one. Installer would not mount the washer on the pedestal but he was willing to take the pedestal off our hands. We paid a handyman to set it up and all was well.

    installer did not install all the items and pretty much said I had to do it. The 2 stars are for them delivering and placing it in my basement....otherwise the washer and dryer are perfect

    We wanted to have our washer and dryer installed, but they told us that they could not install the dryer because we were missing a valve. They told us that we could hire a handy man to do the install and we could get a refund. We did get a refund and I appreciate their help with what to do next.
