Ben, the installer and his side kick did a great job. He called prior to showing up, came during the expected window of time, was friendly, very cautious about my walls, asked my input when needed. Overall he did a great job and let me know he was available to deliver other purchases from Best Buy such as a new TV should I be in the market for one. He said he would be happy to be the installer. Great job and he left me with a positive view on Best Buy's installers. Jody

The installation of my new washer went quite well. The guys were careful about getting the old machine out and the new one in. I thought I was supposed to get some detergent samples, but there was nothing in the basket.

They did great, quick and correct installation and hauled out old one away.

The installation instructions states that after leveling the washer and dryer, the nuts that thread up on the feet should be tightened with a wrench. This was not done and I had to do it myself. If you don't tighten them, you run the risk the units can become unleveled. Make sure you verify the installers tightened the nuts on all 4 feet prior to leaving your home.

This install went ok. Not like the last one with the defective washer and bad installers who came with the wrong hoses. I was shown the right hose that came with the machine and it is a lot smaller. Did not have to use the adjuster pcv valve and clamp as before. I did not originally have to go out and purchase anything. I was given a bum machine before-- even the 2 energy guides are different. The first one that was replaced had a lower evergy rating. What is going on Best Buy???

The two gentlemen who came were true professionals! They ere very careful to avoid any property damage while removing the old washer and installing the new one. They made sure the new washer was working properly. I was given a tutorial on the controls!
